the hotel offers reasonably large, airy rooms with ample wardrobe space, very comfortable bed and ceiling windows. the location is great and fantastic with a public parking nearby. every time in lisbon we stay in this property.

The rooms were beautifully designed and spacious, with a complimentary safe and a work desk. Incredible central location near Metro, Bus, Tram, Trolley, Taxi, and the Time Out markets for dining. - the staff and guests were very friendly.

The staff were really good and responded quickly to my needs. the guest room had an exceptionally comfortable bed, its own balcony, and a writing desk. - the continental breakfast was really tasty and reasonably priced.

The location of Heritage Avenida Liberdade in Lisbon was absolutely perfect for exploring the city. We were able to walk to many attractions and if needed, public transportation options were readily available. The hotel itself was modern and customer-oriented, making our stay comfortable and enjoyable. I had an incredible stay at this luxurious 4-star hotel! The location was perfect, right on the Avenue of Liberty, in the midst of all the action in downtown. I loved being within walking distance to all the major tourist points. The hotel was centrally located and overlooked a beautiful tree-lined street. The room itself was spacious and comfortable, with high ceilings and large windows. The staff were excellent, always smiling and helpful. The service was top-notch, with amenities like room service, car hire, and dry cleaning available. I also enjoyed the buffet breakfast and the coffee/tea in the lobby. I was impressed with the quality of service and amenities provided at this hotel.
